Return Policy
If a product does not meet your expectations, you may return it for a refund within 30 days from the date of purchase. Unfortunately, the original shipping fee is not refundable. To initiate a return, kindly email us at order@Sormé.com, including your order number and we will send you instructions to receive your personalized, pre-paid Return Shipping label. If preferred, you may call 1-800-927-6763 (9AM and 5PM PST, business days).
Once you receive your pre-paid FedEx Return Shipping Label, securely wrap the return package and send it via FedEx using this label. Be sure to complete the Return Form which was included with your order, and send it with your return to ensure prompt credit. Processing time for returns takes up to 10 business days from the time the return is received.
Please note that only products purchased from www.refinee.com, www.Sormé.com, or www.perse.com will be accepted for return. We regret that we cannot accept exchanges at this time.

We are required by law to charge sales tax on orders being shipped to the states of California (8.25%), Maryland (5%), Michigan (6%), New Jersey (6%), New York (8.625%), Pennsylvania (6%), Texas (8.25%), and Washington (8.9%).
Order processing time
Most orders are processed within 1 business day. Orders placed after 11:00 AM PST may ship the following business day. Likewise, orders placed on non-business days (weekends or holidays) will be processed on the next business day.
When possible, orders with Overnight or 2nd Day Service will be processed the same day if received by 12 Noon PST.
Sometimes a product may be temporarily unavailable. Unavailable products will be marked with a red asterisk (*). If this is the case, we encourage you to return to our website to purchase the product at a later time.
We regret that we must limit orders to no more than 6 units for any item.

Shipping terms
Sormé.com, Refineé.com, and Persé.com can only ship orders within the United States, including Puerto Rico. Orders to Puerto Rico are shipped via the U.S. Postal Service.

Orders are processed, shipped and delivered on business days only.
Orders placed by 12 noon PST usually ship the same day.
Sormé.com, Refineé.com, and Persé.com cannot ship to PO or APO/FPO boxes at this time.
Shipping to third party
We accept orders with a billing address different from the shipping address, as long as the billing address matches the address on your credit card statement, and both addresses are located in the United States. Note, however, that Sormé reserves the right to choose not to process and ship any order at our discretion.
Tracking Orders & Order history
After your order is placed, you will be emailed a receipt. When your order is processed, you will receive another email with the tracking number linked to the FedEx website, where you can view delivery status. You can also view the status of your order by visiting www.narscosmetics.com and logging in to My Account with your user ID and password. Click on "view my order” Please note that FedEx may not have tracking information available for up to 12 business hours after the order hass shipped.
